Our creative agency is searching for an entry level PHP and database developer. We are looking for a person with expertise in writing code from the ground up; modifying code; debugging; building on existing software; and leveraging available options (i.e., plugins) when necessary. These roles also require collaboration on projects.

Required skills:

  • Expertise in PHP
  • Experience with at least one open-source database engine (MySQL, PostgreSQL, etc)
  • Experience with source code management systems (like git) a plus
  • Knowledge of HTML / CSS
  • Critical thinking, self-management, organization and attention to detail

Compensation and benefits:

  • Salary DOE
  • 2 weeks annual paid time off, plus holidays and sick leave

We are a small tight-knit creative team and have a lot of flexibility with everyone wearing a lot of hats. If you are searching for a not so corporate or more relaxed environment we may be the perfect match.

This is an in-house full-time position in Nashville, Tennessee. You must live in the Nashville area or be willing to relocate. No freelancers, staffing agencies, etc should reply.
