Community Health System’s new healthcare careers opportunities website was developed to easily allow CHS’ admins to manage more than 7,000 job opportunities at over 170 hospitals and clinics. The system was also developed to enhance local search optimization to quickly present all the available jobs on a local search level, and also more easily display results using a search that includes job titles, locations, reference numbers and many more fields.

Coordinating with internal databases of career opportunities, the new website design by Darkstar accepts a delivered database of files every hour to quickly update all of the job listings.
7,000 Jobs
The new website system had to easily accept more than 7,000 available jobs, and then quickly parse them all into updated job listings over hundreds of locations.
Mobile Responsive
Darkstar developed the new website design to be mobile responsive for all devices from 4k displays down to tablets and phones. Healthcare job searches on the run are becoming the norm, and the new system delivers those results.
Local Search SEO
To increase awareness of job openings at CHS Hospitals and Clinics, the new system is programmed to present Schema.org microdata for all locations and available jobs to create enhanced search engine results for visitors.
